Association for International Affairs and EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy hold a briefing on the topic of Czech Foreign Policy – Perspectives of Change after the 2010 Election. Presentation of a paper will be followed by questions from the audience, which will be addressed by members of the joint research team. The event will take place in the European House, Jungmannova 24, Prague.
The presented paper is the first qualified contribution to the discussion on post-election perspectives of Czech foreign policy. Programs of all the three parties of the expected coalition ODS-TOP09-Věci veřejné are analyzed and their influence on the priorities in the key areas, such as European affairs, transatlantic relations, human rights support and relations with Russia is examined.
