The aim of Dostál’s paper is to introduce, explain and evaluate the communication of European affairs in the Czech Republic. It describes primarily the tools of governmental communication of European affairs. Then, two cases are discussed in detail. First, the Czech EU Council Presidency experience is analyzed. Secondly, the paper deals specifically with communication which is aimed at consumer protection.
