Public administration reform in the Czech Republic

The research paper of Jan Hladík and Václav Kopecký focuses on the Czech experience with public administration reforms. It strives to analyse various areas, from decentralisation to human resources management, and to show, what the disadvantages and the advantages of Czech reforms are.
