A new project to encourage debate about the Czech-Polish cooperation is about to start
This year, AMO together with the Warsaw-based Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW) will be carrying out a new research project titled “New Horizons of the Czech-Polish Cooperation”. The project is kindly supported by the Czech-Polish Forum.
Its aim is to identify new areas of Czech-Polish cooperation and suggest ways it can be developed.
In March of this year, a closed roundtable gathering Czech and Polish experts in the field will take place. The meeting will help to spark a debate about the European, Eastern, Central-European, bilateral and security dimensions of the foreign policy. The main conclusions will be published in a dedicated policy paper, containing also concrete recommendations on how the suggestions can be materialized.
Apart from the roundtable, on Monday, March 7, a public discussion will be held in the premises of the Polish Institute in Prague. The event is intended to contribute to the popularization of the Czech-Polish relations. The registration has already been launched.
