Petr Boháček is Research Fellow of AMO Research Center with focus on transatlantic relations, US domestic politics and Latin America.
He received a MA degree from Charles University in security studies and holds a BA in political science and international studies from St. Norbert College, US. He studied at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina and Universidade Nova de Lisboa in Portugal.
In the past, he worked as a Latin America analyst for various political risk consulting companies and also wrote for VICE Media or some Czech media portals. He is an expert on Latin American economic, political and security affairs. His other research interests include cyber security and cyber espionage between the US and China.
